Build a new way forward
Here’s what to expect when starting ISEMBYLD and how to get support throughout your treatment journey.

Get started now
Remember, both you and your prescribing healthcare provider must sign the form and submit it before support can begin.
Start your treatment
Additional time may be required by your healthcare team for monitoring after the infusion.
Do not stop treatment with ISEMBYLD unless your healthcare provider tells you to.
Your healthcare provider will determine the amount of ISEMBYLD needed based on your current weight.
If you miss a dose of ISEMBYLD, either:
- ISEMBYLD should be given (administered) as soon as possible and then restart the dosing schedule 4 weeks after the missed dose is given, or
- the dose can be skipped and the next dose can be given as originally scheduled.

Support that meets you where you are
Scholar Rock Supports was built around the idea that no one should have to navigate treatment alone. Once enrolled, you’ll be supported by an experienced and dedicated team, including a ROCC (Rx Onboarding and Care Coordinator) who helps guide your experience and coordinates the right resources based on your needs—including education, insurance support, infusion logistics, and more.

Your coverage is worth fighting for
If your insurance does not approve ISEMBYLD at first, you’re not alone. Your doctor can ask your insurance company to review the decision. Talk to your ROCC for help, or use the sample letter below. The letter can help you explain how SMA affects your daily life and tell your story. You can give your letter to your doctor, who can include it when asking your insurance company to review the decision.
